FAQ
How do I order?
Ordering product from www.greengirlworld.com is easy. At the bottom of each product description page you have an option to enter a quantity and then add the item to your shopping cart by clicking the "add items to tote" button. You can then continue shopping or check out. When you are finished shopping, proceed to checkout, and follow the simple steps on the screen.
Are there any alternatives to ordering online?
Yes. If you prefer, you can complete your order offline via phone, fax or mail. Please see our contact information page for details. If you choose to call us, please remember that we are a small company so you may get our voice mail. (If so, please leave a message--we will call you back!)
Can I place an international order through greengirlworld.com?
Yes!
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Los Angeles, therefore we only collect applicable state and local tax for orders shipped to California.
What if an item is out of stock?
If an item is Sold Out a "Sold Out" sign will be placed over the tote. Once a tote is sold out we do not make that tote anymore. We move on to new, patterns.
How do I contact customer service?
The most efficient way to contact us is via email at service@greengirlworld.com. We will get back to you as soon as possible, within 24 hours usually. If your need is urgent, you can call us anytime at 310.374.7336. If our office is closed, please leave a message for customer service. Be sure to include the best time to reach you and your phone number.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We DO NOT accept personal checks. For mail/fax orders, please send money or business checks. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars.
You will receive an e-mail when your order ships. Log into your account any time, and go to My Account to check on the status of your order.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please visit the My Account page and retrieve the order number of your order. Please email your request to cancel the order to sales@greengirlworld.com.
If the status is no longer "Processing," the order has already been processed and can no longer be canceled.
If you are unable to catch your order in time to cancel it, you can return or exchange the items.
Changing Your Order
To modify an order, log into your Green Girl account and click on My Account.
If the status is "Processing," you can modify your order by emailing us your order number and the changes you would like to make to sales@greengirlworld.com. Please provide your e-mail address and phone number in case we need to contact you about the changes you request.
If the status is no longer "Processing," the order has already been processed and can no longer be modified.
PROMOTIONS
Current Promotions
We're offering free shipping on orders over $75! To qualify, orders must:
- include products valued at $75 or more
- be placed on our website (phone orders do not qualify)
- be shipped to a US address (no international).
No special code is necessary. During checkout, the "Free Standard Shipping" option will be available if your order qualifies.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the item(s)-it's your choice. Our goal is to create strong, long-term relationships with our customers.
Defective Items
We currently do not have pre-paid shipping labels. If you are returning a defective item, please call customer service at 310.374.7336, or e-mail service@greengirlworld.com, to be reimbursed for your shipping costs. Please be sure to purchase delivery confirmation on your returned items. We will reimburse you for this service as well.*
* Original shipping charges are only refunded for items if item is damaged or defective.

I Don't Want to Waste Money or Packing Materials Returning My Item. What Can I Do?
Consider giving (or selling) the item to a friend or co-worker. It's a neat way to eliminate that hassle of packing/shipping items back to us, while spreading goodwill at the same time.
How Do I Return or Exchange My Item?
To start a return or exchange, read this section, then log in and visit the My Account page to retrieve your order number. Please email service@greengirlworld.com with the details of your return or call 310.374.7336.
Non-Defective Items
Non-defective merchandise must be returned to us in the original condition it was received. For example, please do not send damaged or dirty merchandise, and be sure you properly pack items you are shipping back to us.
